Kung Fu Kids
Introduction
This particular exercise program is designed to maintain good health for children 6 - 16 years old. The program incorporates basic Chinese martial art: Tai Chi and Shao Lin Kung Fu to help kids improve their discipline, flexibility, circulation, physical stamina, and immune function, and concentration. This program could provide not only physical but also mental benefits for children. If the kid keeps practicing this kung fu, they will have much less anger, are less violent, handle stress well, experience less sickness, good health and more sociable.
Goals of Kung Fu Kids program:
1. Using Chinese Kung Fu to instill a love of strength, endurance, and flexibility.
2. Using this program as a tool to teach the children that hard work, perseverance and facing fears are the only keys to real success in life.
3. Teaching them the techniques for self-protection, that will allow them to avoid violence and develop a strong character and self-esteem.
4. Educating kids the Chinese culture and Chinese language and teaching them to love their family and friends
