Kung Fu Kids
‘Kung Fu Kids’ is exercise
program designed to develop and
maintain good health for children aged
6 - 16 years. It incorporates basic
Chinese martial arts of Tai Chi and
Shao Lin Kung Fu which in addition
to the selfdefence skills, improve
discipline, flexibility, circulation,
physical stamina, immune function,
and concentration. Regular practice
Also reduces anger, violent behaviour,
Stress and sickness whilst promoting
good all-round health and social skills.
Goals of the Kung Fu Kids programme:
1) Instill an exercise ethic of
strength, endurance, and flexibility.
2) Teaching how hard work, perseverance
and facing fears are the
foundations to success and happiness
3) Skills and techniques for selfdefence
and avoiding violence.
4) Building character and self esteem.
5) Education in Chinese culture
and language, with particular focus on
love and respect for family and friends.
