The Institute

The Oxford Taiji Gongfu Institute was originally founded as Oxford Chen Style Tai Chi Club by Shifu Lei in 2004 and emerged with Oxford Warrior Wushu (Shaolin School) in July 2005. In September 2005, Grandmaster Gou, one of the most famous Chen Style Tai Chi Masters was invited to be the headteacher, and the title of the school has been firmed as “Oxford Taiji Gongfu Institute” (OTGI).
